All payments towards membership subscriptions and donations, are considered final. We do not offer refunds unless otherwise stated in this policy.

2. Subscription and Donation Payment Refunds

• Membership Subscriptions or Donations made to PTAKVM are generally non-refundable. If you believe an error was made, please contact us within 5 days from date of payment, and we will review the request on a case-by-case basis.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at kvmpta@gmail.com with your payment details and reason for the request. We will review your request and respond within 12 business days.

4. Changes to This Policy
